o Introducing a new hue to our existing wardrobe refreshes our image.
o Reading more freshens our image. The more we grow, the more we glow.
o A Healthy and balanced diet freshens our image.
o A Good sleeping pattern freshens' our image.
o Knowing what colors compliment our skin, age, and application.
o Attracting followers from the next generation keeps our image fresh. They look up to us, which in turn keeps us looking up too.
o Surrounding ourselves with like-minded friends who think the world of us, keeps our perspective fresh and in check. (Self-perception)
o Being grateful freshens our image. When we go through struggles (and we all do), having a thankful heart refreshes our otherwise gloomy image. If it were not for this one tweak in my life, I would have had a dull image many times.
